Amateur
Radio
is
not
only
for
talking
thru
a
microphone,
as
projected
by
media
these
days.
Various
modes
of
communication
are
available
to
amateurs.
One
such
mode
of
much
interest
is
Digital
mode.
Which
Digital
mode?,
well,
there
again
you
have
a
variety
of
selection
and
group
of
people
involved.
Worst
thing
comes
to
us, when
we
find
that
there
are
only
couple
of
amateurs
"computer"
literate
and
very
few
really
consider
"digital
Mode"
and
its
importance,
is
alarming.
Indicating
that,
VU
amateurs
are
very
undeveloped
and
limited
to
having
passed
an
exam
to
get
a
license
to
operate
radio
telephony,
and
wish
to
remain
proud
amateur
for
the
rest
of
their
life.
Here
is
an
attempt
to
explain
how
simple
and
exciting
is
this
digital
mode
and
how
one
can
get
involved
even
without
an
amateur
license.
