referring
that

need

for
communication".
Clearly
showing
that
they
do
not
know
one
word
of
this
hobby
license.
Especially
in
India
where
we
see
more
and
more
institutes
coming
up
financed
by
State
&
Central
Governments
with
a
sole
purpose
of
using
ham
radio
frequencies
for
state
purpose,
it
is
important
that
real
enthusiast
understand
their
role
in
this
